What these terms cover

These terms cover:

• gullyai.xyz, the GullyAI web app (chat, projects, images, voice notes and the developer pages)
• the developer pages at gullyai.xyz/developers, where you buy credits, create API keys and see usage
• the API at api.gullyai.xyz (OpenAI-compatible, including x402 pay-per-call)
• Ask Gully AI, the free docs assistant, and its widget on Gully sites
• the API docs at docs.gullyai.xyz

Sign-in uses Gully ID (terms); payments go through Gully Pay (terms). How we handle personal data is in the GullyAI Privacy Policy.

Who may use GullyAI

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You may not use GullyAI if you, or anyone you act for, are the target of sanctions (including those administered by the US Treasury’s OFAC, the UN, the EU or the UK), or are in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions.
• If you use GullyAI for a company, you accept these terms for it and confirm you may do so.

Your account and API keys

Your GullyAI account is your Gully ID. You are responsible for what happens under it and with your API keys. Each key is shown once and we keep only a hash of it, so we cannot show it again; keep it secret, keep it on your server (never in a browser, app or game build), and revoke it on gullyai.xyz/developers if it leaks. Calls made with your key are charged to your account.

Each key has limits on requests per minute, tokens per minute and the size of each answer. We may change limits, and we may suspend a key that is abused or that puts the service at risk.

Credits, prices and x402

• You pay for chat, images and voice notes with prepaid credits, bought in packs through Gully Pay checkout. Prices per token, image and minute are shown on gullyai.xyz before you buy; a call is charged for what it actually used, and a call the model never answered costs nothing. Credits never expire.
• Agents without an account can pay per call with x402 in USDC on Gully Chain through the Gully Pay facilitator. Each payment receipt works once.
• Ask Gully AI is free, within per-IP daily limits (higher when you are signed in with Gully ID).
• If you think you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.

The model and its answers

GullyAI serves the open-weight model Qwen3.6-27B under the model name gully-ai; we may upgrade the model behind that name. The model runs on GPUs we rent and scales to zero when idle, so the first call after a quiet spell can take a minute or two.

AI answers can be wrong. The model can make up facts, code, prices or addresses, and Ask Gully AI can misread the docs it cites. Check anything important before you rely on it, and never let a model answer decide a payment, a trade, a contract call or anything that affects someone’s safety, health or rights without a person checking it. Nothing GullyAI says is financial, investment, legal, medical or tax advice.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you send to GullyAI (prompts, files, images and voice notes) and, as far as we are concerned, in what it gives back to you. You give us the permission we need to process your content to answer you and run the service, and you confirm you have the rights to send it. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.

Acceptable use

You will not, and will not help anyone else to, use GullyAI to:

• break the law or anyone’s rights, including privacy, intellectual property and data protection rights;
• create sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content of a real person without their consent;
• harass, threaten, defraud, phish or scam anyone, or produce malware or tools to attack systems you do not own;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or present AI output as human-written where that would deceive people to their harm;
• get around rate limits, payments or safety checks, share keys outside your organisation, or resell access without our written permission;
• probe or attack GullyAI itself (report security issues to us instead).

We may refuse, filter or stop a request, and suspend or end access, if we think you broke these terms. The open-weight model’s own licence (Apache-2.0) also applies to how the model is used.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, limit or stop any part of GullyAI, including models, prices and limits, at any time; prices change only for future purchases and calls. We do not promise any uptime; the live status is on gullyai.xyz. We may update these terms: we change the date at the top, and for a material change we say so on gullyai.xyz before it takes effect. Using GullyAI after that means you accept the new terms.

Our rights and third parties

GullyAI, its sites and the GullyAI and Gully Labs names, logos, mascots and brand kits belong to Gully Labs. These terms give you the right to use GullyAI, not ownership of it. GullyAI depends on others we do not control (GPU providers, Cloudflare, Gully Chain and the networks x402 payments use); their own terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

GullyAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Gully Labs LLC is not liable for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, for decisions made on AI output, or for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims about GullyAI is limited to the fees you paid Gully Labs for it in the prior 12 months. This never limits money we already owe you, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Gully Labs against claims by others, and the resulting losses, costs and reasonable legal fees, that come from your breach of these terms, your content, your use of AI output, or your violation of law or of someone else’s rights.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or GullyAI goes to the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force; not enforcing a part is not a waiver of it.
